Beyond his volunteer work with NOCCOG, Mark is Supervisor of the Town of Trenton - a position he has held since 1991. He began municipal service as amember of Trenton's Planning Board, became its chairman for several years, then was elected as a town councilman for two terms.

As NOCCOG's Fiscal Officer, Mark oversees day-to-day expenditures and okays every purchase. He monitors the budget, forecasts potential problem areas, and advises the Board on future budgetary needs.
