NOCCOG: Boards & Committees: Executive Board [Digital Towpath]

The Board meets as needed (usually quarterly) to oversee program activities and monitor budget. The five members assess municipal needs and, in conjuction with staff, adjust program focus accordingly. The Board members serve without pay, and need to be available on a daily basis for consultation on local issues.
